Our Story
Built by Engineers, for Engineers
LeapHub AI was founded by engineers with over 20 years of hands-on experience in software development, quality engineering, and engineering leadership. Throughout those years, we saw firsthand how AI could transform engineering practices, not just as a research topic, but as a practical force multiplier for everyday development work.
We also saw something else: the gap between AI's potential and its practical adoption. Teams struggled to go from “AI is interesting” to “AI is improving how we ship.” The tooling evolved fast, but the workflows, habits, and culture needed to catch up. Diego leads LeapHub AI's consulting practice, helping engineering organizations transform how they build software with AI. With over 20 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership, he combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to technology adoption.
His background in both Finance and Computer Science gives him a unique lens: technology decisions always need to deliver business value. He has led teams across a broad range of domains and has hands-on experience bringing AI-powered capabilities from concept to production, not just advising, but building alongside the teams he works with.
Diego's philosophy is simple: AI should make engineering teams more effective, not just more buzzword-compliant. He works closely with every client to find where AI genuinely adds value and build the habits and systems to sustain it.
